1. Handle and Shipping time:
• All products are customized and handmade according to your demand, the handled time is in 1-3 business days.
• Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
• Due to the effect of pandemic, there may be delays in order processing and shipping.

+ World Wide: $15
• Delivery time:
+ USA: 10 -15 business days
+ World Wide: 15 - 20 business days

3. Order Modifications Or Cancellation:
• After having placed your order, you have 12 hours to contact us and request the order modification or cancellation with free of charge.
• After 12-24 hours, your order has already been in processing production. If you request the cancellation, 30% of the total bill will be imposed as cancellation charge.
• Also, there is no refund for cancellation after 24 hours of ordering.

• We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
