• During this production delay period, the factory will halt operations.
• Orders placed during this production delay period will be prioritized for production as soon as the Lunar New Year holiday ends on February 4, 2025.

• Please note that the dimensions in cms refer to the length of your foot. Please take your measurements to find your size.
• We do not accept refund/return if you choose the wrong size, or change your mind when the order is shipped out, please check size chart carefully before you make a purchase.

Order Modifications Or Cancellation:

• After having placed your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request the order modification or cancellation with free of charge.
• After 12 hours to 24 hours, your order has already been in processing production, therefore, if you request the cancellation, 30% of the total bill will be imposed as cancellation charge.
  There is no cancellation after the order has been processed.

• Cases, where products are too tight or loose, will not be accepted for returns if we have sent the correct size and specifications that you ordered.
