Lunar New Year Production Delay Notification

As we prepare to celebrate the Lunar New Year, we want to inform you of an upcoming production delay period affecting several of our products. Please find the details below:

Important Note:

• During this production delay period, the factory will halt operations.
• Orders placed during this production delay period will be prioritized for production as soon as the Lunar New Year holiday ends on February 4, 2025.

 We appreciate your understanding and support during this festive season. May you have a joyful and prosperous Lunar New Year!

• All-over print 
• Material: Polyester. Constructed from a premium polyester blend that is ultra-soft and incredibly comfortable
• Features a specialty high definition heat-dye application that ensures long-lasting color vibrancy even after machine washing
• Fabric is durable and resistant to wrinkles, shrinking, and mildew
• Short sleeves
• Three-button placket
• Machine wash, tumble dry low

Size chart: 

• Each all over printed Polo shirt is custom printed, cut, and sewn just for you when you place your order – there may be small differences in the design on the seams and /or arms due to the custom nature of the production process, may vary by a few inches (0.5-1.2 in)

Order Modifications Or Cancellation:

• After having placed your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request the order modification or cancellation with free of charge.
• After 12 hours to 24 hours, your order has already been in processing production, therefore, if you request the cancellation, 30% of the total bill will be imposed as cancellation charge.
  There is no cancellation after the order has been processed.

• No Returns for Correctly Shipped Items:

• The color is correct.
• The quantity is correct.
• The product matches its description.

Additionally, the following reasons will not be accepted for returns:

• Refusal to receive the order without a valid reason.
• No longer like the product.
• Ordered by mistake, but the product has already been shipped.

• Size Chart and Product Description:

• We provide a detailed size chart and specifications for each product in our store. Customers are responsible for checking these specifications before placing an order. We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart to avoid sizing issues.
• Cases, where products are too tight or loose, will not be accepted for returns if we have sent the correct size and specifications that you ordered.

3.   Color Variation:

• Please note that colors may slightly vary due to different screen settings. This is not a valid reason for a return. We encourage customers to review product images carefully.

4.   Notice Regarding Non-Authentic or Replica Products:

• All items labeled as "fake" or "replica" are clearly shown in the product description. When purchasing these items, you confirm that you understand they are not authentic products. We do not accept returns based on complaints about counterfeit goods.

5. Replacement and Return Policy:

5.1. Replacement Products:

• In cases of defective or damaged products, our priority is to send a replacement product before proceeding with a refund.
• Replacement products will be quality-checked, carefully packaged, and completely free of charge if the issue is on our end or the manufacturer’s fault.
  Replacements will be sent as soon as the request is confirmed.

5.2. Return Acceptance for the Following Cases:

• Defective product: If the received product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., missing parts, functionality issues).
• Product damaged during shipping: If the product was damaged during transit (e.g., scratches, cracks), please take a photo and submit it with your return request within 7 days of receiving the item.

5.3. Return Process:

• Contact us: Email us and provide a detailed description of the issue.
• Attach photos: Include photos of the product showing any defect or damage.
• Wait for a response: We will review your request and respond within 24-28 business hours.
• Return instructions: If the return request is approved, we will provide information on how to return the product.
• Return timeline: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be returned to your account through the original payment method.
• Shipping costs: If the return is due to our error or product damage during transit, we will cover the shipping cost. If the issue is not reported within the specified timeframe, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
